Classification and regression as data mining techniques for predicting the diseases outbreak has been permitted in the health institutions which have relative opportunities for conducting the treatment of diseases. But there is a need to develop a strong model for predicting disease outbreak in datasets based in various countries by filling the existing data mining technique gaps where the majority of models are relaying on single data mining techniques which their accuracies in prediction are not maximized for achieving expected results and also prediction are still few. This paper presents a survey and analysis for existing techniques on both classification and regression models techniques that have been applied for diseases outbreak prediction in datasets.

Pressure vessels are being widely employed worldwide as means to carry, store or receive fluids. The pressure differential is dangerous and many fatal accidents have occurred in the history of their development and operation. Torispherical Heads have a dish with a fixed crown radius (CR), the size of which depends on the type of torispherical head. The transition between the cylinder and the dish is called the knuckle. The knuckle has a to roidal shape. Torispherical heads require less forming than semi-ellipsoidal heads. The aim of the research is to carry out Buckling analysis in a torispherical head pressure vessel due to applied internal pressure. The analyses characteristics are investigated by Finite Element Method software. For Buckling, a pressure vessel will be designed and then model educing Solid Edge software. Buckling analysis is carried out to determine the buckling strength. The research is aimed to analyze torispherical head pressure vessel for different internal pressures.

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is located in the Red River Delta. It has fertile land and large agricultural production area in the Northern Delta. In recent years, Hanoi has focused on expanding the safe vegetable production to provide fresh vegetable sources with high quality for the inhabitants. In this article, based on data collected from agricultural agencies, combined with field surveys, we have processed the data and used economic indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of safe vegetable production in the city in the period from 2005 to 2015. The results showed that, during this period, the safe vegetable area and production were variable but unstable. However, in recent years it has increased thanks to the policies of promoting the development from the state agencies and enterprises. The data in 2015 has shown that the economic efficiency of the safe vegetable production in this locality is still low (Efficiency in capital use is 1.56; Efficiency in investment cost is 0.56, Profit/ha/year is 74.69 million)......

Despite considerable progress in recent years, many questions regarding fishlarval nutrition remain largely unanswered, and several research avenues remain open. A holistic understanding of the supply line of nutrients is important for developing diets for use in larval culture and for the adaptation of rearing conditions that meet the larval requirements for the optimal presentation of food organisms and ⁄ or microdiets. Marine fish larvae fed microdiets have not, at this stage, matched the growth and survival performances demonstrated by larvae fed live feeds such as rotifers and Artemia. This chapter discusses the issues related to the use of microdiets as a sole or partial feed for marine fish larvae........

Multi-pass vibro-fluidized bed dryer is a novel energy saving design concept which involved a drying chamber with three sloping decks fixed vertically in a zigzag path as a single unit and sloped in opposite directions to facilitate uniform particle motion. Each deck measured 3.6 m x 0.78 m and consisted of perforated sheets having 13 holes per square centimeter where each perforation diameter was 1.5 mm. The three decks unit was horizontally vibrated at 3 mm amplitude using an eccentric shaft driven by a 5 kW electric motor. A centrifugal fan (5 kW) with the capacity of 2.83 m3 /s was used for supplying air for fluidization. The scope of this study was limited to optimize the vibration frequency and slope of the deck to obtain the expected particle moving speed of 6 mm/s at different moisture contents (MC)........

This paper reports an experimental investigation of the compressive strength of laterite stabilized with cement (CSL), lime (LSL) and rice straw (RSL) respectively. The laterites were collected from borrow pit used by locals in Bauchi, Nigeria to build mud houses. Unfortunately the mud houses experienced massive failures by wall collapses over the years during the flooding cycles of the rainy seasons. An attempt is made to stabilize the lateritic soil materials used for the mud house walls in order to strengthen them against rains and flood erosions. Briefly discussed are factors that affect performance and strength, this include mix proportions, compaction, characteristics of the lateritic soil, mix procedure and curing.........

The processor caches, main memory and storage system is an integral part of any computer system. As information begins to accumulate, higher density and long term storage solutions are necessary. Due to this, computer architects face some level of challenges in developing reliable, energy-efficient and high performance memories. Also, existing storage devises are degrading in performance, cost, and sizes. Power consumption from the factory has increased, as newer codes are written, and server hardware capabilities are not adequate to handle big data of the future. New emerging memories (NEMs) are presently with its properties likely to open doors to innovative memory designs to solve the problems. This paper looks at the features of the emerging memory technologies, and compares incumbent memories types with the expected future memories.

Activated carbons were thermally prepared from Hura Crepitan L. seed shells. Zinc chloride (ZnCl2) and Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) were separately used as the activating agents. The activated carbons obtained were characterized by determining the percentage yield, moisture content, ash content and percentage fixed carbon. The adsorption of methylene blue by the activated carbon was done using 0.1 to 0.5g of the activated carbon. The results revealed that the percentage yield and ash content of H3PO4 impregnated activated carbon was higher than ZnCl2 impregnated activated carbon..........

Heat transferis numerically investigated in aconfined oscillating laminar slot jet. The inlet velocity profile is uniform, and oscillating with an angle φ (in radians) as follows:𝜑=𝜑𝑚𝑎𝑥∗𝑠𝑖𝑛⁡(2𝜋𝑓𝑡).φmax is the maximum jet angle, and f is the frequency of oscillation. The height-to-jet-width ratio was set to 5, the fluid's Prandtl number is 0.74 and Reynolds number was fixed at 250.Strouhal's numberSt, which is the other dimensionless group characterizing this problem, was varied in the range 0.05<St<0.75.The jet hydraulic diameter (2w), was used in the definition of both Strouhal and Reynolds numbers. φmax was defined, based on a solid finding presented later in this paper. At St=0.4, and 0.5, a modest enhancement of heat transfer was noticed in the stagnation region, when compared to a steady jet.

This study investigated the process of cleaning oil spills using both raw corn cobs (RCC) and acetylated corn cobs (ACC). The corn cobs were acetylated in a solvent free system using acetic anhydride, in the presence of Iodine, under mild reaction conditions. The acetylation was carried out at 100oC for 2 hours using 1% iodine. The system conditions played significant roles on the extent of acetylation expressed as Weight Percent Gain (WPG). The weight percent gain (WPG) due to acetylation was found to be 17.6%. Sorption studies were also carried out on both RCC and ACC. The result of the analysis showed higher values of oil sorption capacities (g/g) for ACC than RCC. This goes to prove that acetylation increased the oil sorption capacity of the corn cobs........

Training towards the development of the capacity of learners has become an inevitable trend of world education. Vietnamese education also emphasizes the comprehensive development of the capacity and the quality of students. In mathematics teaching, there are some notable capacities such as problem-solving capacity, cooperation capacity, capacity for using mathematical language, computing capacity and so on. In particular, the problem-solving capacity is very important to students because it helps them to solve problems not only in mathematics but also in practice. In this paper, we want to investigate the problem-solving capacity of students in primary schools through a problem required to solve in different ways. The results of the study showed that students had enough the problem-solving capacity to find out various solutions to the given problem.

In this work, PSO is proposed to set the gains of PID controller for LFC in single power systems area. This work has very significant issue because of persistent and random change load through working of power system. The proposed algorithm offer fluent performance, stable, and fast convergence to target value. Simulation results using MATLAB R2015a demonstrate that the proposed controller has more efficient of dynamic performance, better convergence, fast response from the other methods depend on rise and settling time of frequency deviation.
