This study was aimed to investigate the milk parameters having economic importance such as fat and protein in conventional milk during winter (January, February) and spring (March, April, May) season. Milk data was collected from a milk company in Batman province during winter and spring period. The protein level of March month was statistically higher than that of other months. Milk protein levels were similar between the other months.The milk fat was secreted at its highest rate at the start of year (January) and then declined until March month and it remained stable from March to April. A decrease in milk fat rates was seen again after April month andthe resistance to decline of milk fat rates was low during winter and spring months. Suitable roughage intakes to increase the production of milk fat are essential for achieving the economic benefits during winter and spring period.

:: 10.9790/1813-0804010405

The aim of this research is to investigate the fat depression analysis in conventional milk during Summer Season. The daily milk fat data was obtained from DIMES Company in Tokat Province during all months of summer season. Milk fat depression is defined as milk fat level below 3.2 percent in milk of dairy cows. The data were presented as mean ± S.D. The concentrations of milk fat for all months of summer season were compared with the depression level (3.2%) using one-sample t test. Comparisons were done with help of the SPSS statistical program. In this study, there was fat depression in conventional milk on June.............

The objective of the study was to compare somebasic parameters such as total fat and protein in non-dairy sheep milkversus human milk standards. In the study, 20 non-dairy sheep (Akkaraman) milk samples were collected during early lactation period. The milk samples were composites of milk collected at morning and afternoon of day. The main objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review on available methodologies and computational frameworks for efficient low precision arithmetic operations in Deep Neural Networks (DNN). Most widely used and popular DNN models use full precision (32 bit) of floating point operations for training and inference workloads. But recent research developments have demonstrated the capability of lower numerical precision operations with minimal or no loss of accuracy while reducing computational workload for servers and mobile devices.

Nuclear medicine is one of the medical sciences that uses open radiation sources in assessing organ function. One of the modalities in nuclear medicine is gamma cameras. It is important to pay attention to the spatial resolution of gamma cameras that are routinely every week to ensure the gamma camera plane works optimally so that it can produce more accurate image quality and sharper images. By determining the value of FWHM assisted by the matlab program so that the value of spatial resolution is obtained. In the matlab program, the FWHM value is calculated using the ESF and PSF method. The ESF and PSF methods provide information about the magnitude of the FWHM value caused by blurring around the edge object..............

Traffic characteristics of roadway are influenced by various characteristics like base-way condition, roadway condition, traffic condition, operating condition, driver skills, side friction or side activities, road maintenance, technology etc. One of the major problems facing motorists in Pampore town in present time is congestion. The total number of vehicles travelling in Pampore and its adjourning areas has rapidly increased now a days resulting in an increase in traffic congestion and a decrease in the operational integrity of the transportation system. Traffic congestion particularly at bus stops in the area is on rise with increasing private automobiles on the roadways competing with public transports for the limited roadway spaces. The efficiency of public transportation buses are declining considerably..............

The Egyptian code of practice for the use of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) in the construction fields [16]allows full wrapping only for non-circular columns and permits partially wrapping only after providing proof of the efficiency of the system. Such permission is subject to providing proof of the efficiency of the system through carrying out a sufficient number of tests. This paper presents an experimental and analytical program conducted to study the behavior of RC square columns strengthened and repaired with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets with full and partial wrapping under axial loading. The program consists of a total of fifteen columns. The columns were tested under monotonic uniaxial compression loading up to failure. One layer of CFRP sheets were wrapped around the columns with different intervals between the wraps..............

Paper Title :: Awareness of crucial design aspects for pressure vessels
Author Name :: Walther Stikvoort

:: 10.9790/1813-0804025864

Despite the fact that many recognized design codes and standards are available for the design engineers involved in the design process of pressure vessels, crucial aspects are regularly underestimated or even overlooked. Awareness of all relevant design aspects is essential for designing pressure vessels in order to ensure their pressure and structural integrity. As design rules were developed there was a conscious effort to avoid various modes of failure. Nevertheless, the design engineer should be aware of the potential failure modes during the design life of the pressure vessel. This paper provide the design engineer with more insight into potential failure mechanisms together with associated strength aspects and failure prevention. Finally, the difference between failure modes and failure mechanisms is further considered and explained.

The increase of business competitiveness, coupled with the effects of globalization, open new challenges and opportunities for small and medium enterprises; the reviewing of literature confirms that the grade of competitiveness, results from an effective combination of each organization's own resources, the effectiveness of planning these resources allows the development of capacities that can become central competences, which will allow the construction of sustainable strategies face of its competitors and which will serve as a strategic guide for its future performance; therefore, It is of interest to know the degree of performance that a company dedicated to the marketing of beauty products can have, face of the management of the development of its backing and support activities. To this end, an instrument (questionnaire) is adapted where aspects of the diverse activities of the value chain are collected, with a structure of open and closed questions to contemplate the quantitative and qualitative approach concerning the different variables to be analyzed.

The estimation of the QoE provides valuable input in order to measure the user satisfaction of a particular service/application. Network QoE estimation is challenging as it tries to measure a subjective metric where the user experience depends on a number of factors that cannot easily be measured. All the Network analysis models can be divided into two major groups: qualitative and quantitative. In recent years many quantitative models have been developed in terms of quantitative measures i.e. use of scale of numbers between 1 to 5 to represent user perception of QoS. The challenge with this model is where user perception is subjective and not precise thus cannot be clearly measured using quantitative methods............
